A blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Malbec, 6% Petit Verdot, 3% Cabernet Franc and 2% Merlot from St. Supéry’s Rutherford and Dollarhide vineyards, that’s then aged in French oak for 19 months. It erupts from the glass with blackberry, raspberry, cassis, star anise, clove, liquorice, black olive, toasted oak and smoky coffee. Wonderful proof that you can make an eco-friendly wine that’s brimming with opulence, luxury and a touch of the exotic.
